How Do I Join the PJH Customer Rewards Program?
Online: Simply by entering your email and adding a few other pieces of information. Online form can be found here
In Store: You can be added to the PJH Rewards program by any of our sales associates with or without a purchase.
How do I earn reward points?
Earn 1 point for every $ you spend online or in-store.
Each time you spend you will receive an email with your updated reward points balance. Use your reward points against your next purchase or save them up to unlock even greater savings.
How do I check my rewards points balance?
Each time you shop online or in-store, you will receive a rewards program email with your updated rewards points balance. You can also contact the store and we can advise you of your current points balance.
How do I use my rewards?
When you un-lock a reward level, you will receive an email indicating the reward level and the value associated to it. You can redeem your points during checkout in store only. (only one redemption per sale per day).
Do my points expire?
Points do not expire; however, a rewards program is only effective when the customer makes purchases to accumulate or redeem points. Customers who do not make a purchase for a period of 12 months or more will be considered dormant and removed from the rewards program.

Terms and Conditions
- Paris Junction Hobbies reserves the right to modify rewards or points levels or cancel points at any time.
- Rewards points and the related discounts are non-refundable.
- Rewards points have no cash value outside of purchases. If you return any of the items purchased with points, the points discount value will be subtracted from the return credit value.
- Points / Rewards can only be redeemed once.
- All purchases, both in store and on-line will add to your rewards points total; At this time reward points can only be redeemed on in store purchases and cannot be redeemed during checkout for online purchases. You can still redeem points remotely by simply calling in your order by phone or emailing your order; we will then apply your points during the final checkout process here in store.
- Offers or redemption levels can not be combined or stacked, only one points discount per purchase per day.
- By using your points or discounts towards your purchase, you are acknowledging you have read the above rules for redeeming points.
