Special Orders

We will be happy to special order any item which we do not normally stock but that is available through our normal ordering channels.  Special orders may require a non-refundable deposit or in some instances full prepayment in advance.  Special orders are generally not returnable or refundable. Special order items must be picked up within 2 weeks of arrival in store.  Any special order items not picked up within 90 days will be considered abandoned and any deposits or prepayment may be forfeit.  Accounts with abandoned orders will require full prepayment in advance for any future special orders.

Quotes

Quotes for special order items are valid for 30 days from date presented and must be documented in our system to be valid.

Gift Cards

Once gift cards have been purchased, they may not be returned for cash. The value of the card must be applied to the purchase of a product.  Any product that is purchased with a gift card and subsequently returned, the refund will be issued by the same means as it was originally paid.
