We respect our customer's right to privacy. Personal information collected through this site or in our retail location are maintained exclusively for the use of Paris Junction Hobbies. We will never sell /share your personal information, or authorize third parties to use such information for any commercial use.
We do not automatically collect personal information such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address without your permission. Such information will be collected only if you provide it to us voluntarily in order to purchase products or sign up to receive our newsletter or other web based promotions. We do not require that any personal information ever be provided in order to view our website.
The information you provide will be maintained in our secure customer database and used exclusively by Paris Junction Hobbies to offer you information on new releases, specials and important store updates. If at any time you wish to be removed from our list or no longer wish to receive e-mail from us simply send us an e-mail requesting us to remove you from our list. We do not store credit card data or any other credit card information. Credit card information is captured only at time of order for use in processing your current order.
Returns: Paris Junction Hobbies will accept any new unused item unopened in its original packaging for store credit only when accompanied by the original receipt. Once an item has been used we will not accept a return for any reason including potential warranty concerns. If the returned item must be shipped, the Customer must pay any return shipping costs and ship the item with sufficient insurance in suitable packaging to protect the item(s) during shipping.
All returns must have prior written authorization from Paris Junction Hobbies. To secure returns authorization; please contact us by phone or email.
Note: Special Order items, Discontinued and Clearance/Stock, Price Reduction items cannot be returned. All sales on these products are final.
Paris Junction cannot accept responsibility or liability for defective products. Paris Junction Hobbies will repair or replace defective items solely at our discretion based on the product manufacturer’s guidelines and warranty. Please be aware that most electronics, engines and RC products can often only be serviced or warranteed by an authorized service center and may have to be sent away for evaluation or repair. If a warrantee issues is encountered after the item is put into service but within 30 days of purchase and the item has been subject to normal use, we will contact the manufacturer and do our best to resolve the issue on your behalf. Paris Junction Hobbies cannot replace defective items from our inventory or remove parts from in stock items to facilitate warranty replacement as the manufacturer may choose to repair your item and return it. After 30 days from the date of invoice, or in instances where the item has been misused or modified in any way other than that intended by the original manufacturer you will need to contact them directly for warranty service.
Any electronics item that has been soldered or “powered up” cannot be returned. Please be aware that Installation of warranty parts is at the customer’s expense.
We will be happy to special order any item which we do not normally stock but that is available through our normal ordering channels. Special orders may require a deposit and they are not returnable.
Once gift cards have been purchased, they may not be returned for cash. The value of the card must be applied to the purchase of a product. Any product that is purchased with a gift card and subsequently returned, the refund will be issued by the same means as it was originally paid.
